As a group of experienced birth workers, Distinctly Different Doulas have found that working as a practice increases their availability, and working in pairs for parents that need extra support keeps them fresh and at the top of our game. In addition to being the only birth service in Nebraska that offers Sacred Pregnancy classes, they have collectively attended over 185 births!
The Potter and the Apothecary
We are an eclectic mix of wheel thrown pottery and handmade all natural soaps. Bonnie is our potter who specializes in functional wheel thrown porcelain cups and bowls. Her pottery is hand crafted down to the mixing of glaze and firing. The finished product is a one of a kind and is food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. Audrey is our soaper who creates various soaps from all natural ingredients. No artificial fragrance or dyes are used in the process. Some of the scents you can find are Lemon Cedarwood, Citrus Lavender, Ginger Lemon, and Orange Cinnamon just to name a few.
